Duties

- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather stakeholder input and ensure alignment on project goals
- Design and present actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and presentations that support informed decision-making
- Support the implementation of recommended solutions, monitor progress, and evaluate outcomes for continuous improvement
- Maintain clear documentation of analyses, findings, and project deliverables throughout engagement
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business analysis or management consulting with a focus on process improvement or organizational strategy
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into practical solutions
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey insights and collaborate with diverse teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in business analysis tools, methodologies, and software applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or related field; advanced certifications are a plus
