As a Customer Service Officer (CSO), you’ll be the heartbeat of our car park.

You’ll deliver outstanding service while keeping our site clean, safe, and running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing…..
Customer service that stands out
- Anticipating customer needs before they even ask
- Resolving queries and issues quickly and professionally
- Sharing the latest offers and helping customers choose the best parking options
- Handling incidents confidently and following through
Keeping standards high:
- Completing regular patrols of the car park
- Reporting and fixing minor maintenance issues
- Carrying out routine cleaning
- Making sure equipment is working properly
- Keeping presentation sharp - including your own!

Location - Birmingham
Minimum 30 hours per week
Full clean driving licence preferred
