We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Care Field Service Technician to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining wireless alarm systems, helping to ensure the safety and security of our residential customers. Based from Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, you'll travel to customer locations across several regions, providing excellent customer service and technical support.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a long-term career in the security industry. Full training will be provided, with the opportunity to develop into a fully qualified Installation and Service Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out scheduled servicing and maintenance on wireless alarm systems.
- Deliver excellent customer service while visiting residential properties.
- Understand customers' security requirements and recommend suitable alarm solutions where appropriate (full training provided).
- Travel throughout the designated regions to support our customer base.
About You
No previous experience or formal qualifications are required, as full training will be provided.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Basic experience using hand tools.
- A full UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points. Applicants aged 19–25 may also be considered if they have up to 3 points, subject to insurance requirements.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills.
