Job Summary
We're looking for a friendly and reliable candidate to join our team of cleaners covering the local and surrounding areas of South Woodham Ferrers (CM3). We have work in domestic and commercial properties, mileage is paid for over 5 miles, holiday is also paid.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning duties including hoovering, mopping, dusting and rubbish removal in designated areas
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively to maintain cleanliness standards
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas are maintained consistently
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors
- Work well with other team members
Requirements
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work standards
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled hours
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures is advantageous
- Driving with your own car is nice to have to travel to jobs but not essential, mileage will be paid once over 5 miles
Pay: £13.00 per hour
