Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Volunteer to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to contribute positively to the community by supporting our charitable initiatives. As a volunteer, you will be an essential part of our organisation, helping to source and collect items to feed in to our online shops.
Duties
- Assisting with the initial roll out of clothing collection points to local businesses and residences and building relationships with these locations
- Collecting clothing from these locations on a regular but flexible basis and dropping at our Taunton shop
- Promoting the charity’s mission and encouraging community engagement
Requirements
- Use of your own vehicle
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to supporting charitable causes
- The role will include an element of heavy lifting and carrying. While we provide training and manual handling guidance please ensure this aligns with your physical capabilities
