About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised Commercial Project Coordinator to join our Commercial team. Working closely with the Project Managers, you will coordinate installation projects from order through to completion, ensuring effective planning of resources, timelines, and communication across all stakeholders.
This role requires experience working in a commercial environment and a solid understanding of commercial processes, including cost control, procurement, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and check orders accurately
- Coordinate installation schedules and manage project timelines
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Manage small installation projects (up to £50k)
- Coordinate manufacturing, delivery, and logistics
- Manage Inboxes, calendars and schedules
- Raise purchase orders and obtain supplier quotations
- Organise installation team diaries and support field teams
- Maintain project documentation and track progress
- Support NCR processes and attend weekly meetings
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative or coordination role
- Experience working in a commercial environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Desirable:
- Experience in construction, glazing, or commercial installations
- Knowledge of CRM/project management systems
- Understanding of health & safety regulations
- CAD experience (not essential)
