This role is as unique as you! We’re growing our indoor plants maintenance team, immediate start available!
Hours of work: normally between 6:00am – 3:00pm, 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Flexible days may be available – include your preferred days on your application.
You’ll start and end your day at our modern Head Office, which is easily accessible from the M8/M9 motorways by car and is circa. 3 miles from Bathgate and 5 miles from Falkirk.
A basic salary of £31,500 is on offer in addition to an attractive benefits package and job security.

Reporting to the Head of Maintenance, you’ll be responsible for visiting client premises to maintain live plant displays at assigned customer sites and in line with Benholm quality standards and timescales.
If you don’t have any previous experience with horticulture, floristry or biophilic design, that’s ok, we’ll set you up for success with full training, support and a comfortable uniform!
We’d like to hear from you if your customer service skills are excellent, you care about delivering consistently high-quality work and have an interest in plants and horticulture.
We would expect you’re pro-active, have a can-do attitude and are a clear communicator. Your attention to detail is admirable and you’d be willing to work at heights, if needed (e.g. working off a step ladder etc.).

Key Responsibilities:
Driving to your assigned client sites to maintain live plant displays, so a full UK Driving Licence is essential with no more than 5 points, and no criminal convictions.
Loading and unloading of vans including any associated tools & equipment.
You’ll have a variety or work, including inspecting plant arrangements and managing watering, pruning, general maintenance of plant displays, maintaining display design and replacing plants when needed. Whatever you’re doing, it’ll be interesting and fun and you’ll be part of a fabulous business that supports your career development.
We’re an agile team, so you may be asked to support in other areas of the business, like production or installations, but only when you’re trained to do so.
