Join our Mad crew.
We're looking for a confident and energetic Bar Team Member to become a vibrant part of our weekend team.
This isn't just another bar role.
We're looking for someone who can have fun, maintain high standards and create an incredible atmosphere for both our team and our customers.
You'll be responsible for ensuring bar runs smoothly during our busiest periods while supporting and motivating the team around you.
If you’ve got knowledge of cocktails, experience in high intensity bar environments then we'd love to hear from you.
Your responsibilities:
- Accurately reading tickets and making drinks
- Maintaining a positive attitude and reliability
- Supporting and being supported by the team through high intensity periods
- Handling issues the bar may face
- Maintaining high cleanliness and presentation standards
- General open and closing duties
- A variety of side works
- Working closely with the management team
We're looking for someone who:

- Wants to continue developing their hospitality career
Previous bar experience would be beneficial, but we're ultimately looking for someone with the right attitude and personality.
