Responsibilities
- Safely operate cleaning equipment, including squeegees, scrapers, and ladders, to clean windows at different heights and locations
- Use environmentally friendly cleaning solutions to achieve spotless, streak-free results
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific window cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Follow safety protocols rigorously when working at heights or in challenging conditions
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly to supervisors
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks related to cleaning equipment as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear interactions with clients and team members
- Prior experience in window cleaning or a similar service-oriented role is advantageous but not mandatory—training will be provided
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to listen carefully and respond professionally
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
- Good physical stamina, including the ability to stand, climb ladders, and lift equipment regularly
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures related to working at heights and handling cleaning chemicals
