Titan Facilities Services Ltd is a commercial cleaning and grounds maintenance company operating across Berkshire and the wider South East. We're growing quickly and looking for reliable, experienced cleaners to join our subcontractor network.
The Role:
We're looking for cleaners for a variety of jobs across Berkshire, including commercial cleaning, end of tenancy, after-builders, Airbnb changeover cleans, and other specialist cleans. Various shifts available - flexible around your availability.
All roles start as self-employed subcontractors - you'll manage your own tax/NI and choose which jobs to take on, with a faster start than employed onboarding. Once a regular routine is established, we look to convert to employed status.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning to a high standard across allocated sites
- Communicate with clients or property managers to understand specific job requirements
- Report any maintenance issues or damages found during a clean
- Manage your own schedule to complete jobs within agreed timeframes
What We're Looking For:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable with the physical demands of cleaning work (standing, bending, lifting)
- Right to work in the UK
- Comfortable managing your own tax/NI as self-employed
- Own transport preferred, given site locations vary across Berkshire
