Job Description:
We are a contract cleaning company based in Northwest London (NW9) and operate throughout London and the surrounding areas. Our contracts portfolio consists mainly of schools, office & residential buildings as well as various other organisations such as doctor's surgeries, ambulances, factories etc
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and strongly organised Office Manager to grow within an expanding company.
The successful candidate will:
- Possess strong communication skills (good English is essential)
- Have a positive and friendly attitude as will be dealing with clients and company employees at all levels
- Proficient IT skills including using Microsoft, Time Management apps etc
- Be efficient and reliable
Your main responsibility will be looking after the schools,and the role will typically include the following duties;
- Management of work rosters and arranging cover when needed
- Maintain work schedules and logs
- Assist with supplies and deliveries
- Recruitment: advertise various roles on Indeed, arrange interviews and assist with the hiring of staff
- Adding employees onto our Bright HR system
- Maintaining up to date employee records including right-to-work documents
- Receive and distribute job photos/reports from cleaning teams to clients
- Answer telephone/emails and deal with client requests either personally or by passing on to appropriate person in the company
- Dealing with various as hoc issues as and when they arise
