We are looking for an experienced chef to support our Kitchen Manager with day to day service for our independent coffee shop.
All food is made fresh with a menu that changes with the seasons. Specialising in brunch and Grilled cheese's. We offer regular weekly specials where input is greatly received.
We are looking for someone to do approx 30 hrs per week. Some of the shifts will involve working alone and then working alongside the KM over weekends to assist with prep and busy weekend services. An ideal candidate will have experience in placing orders, managing stock levels, adhering to HACCP and maintaining cleanliness. This is a busy site and will suit someone who likes to keep busy and can be well organised. The kitchen his FOH so being well presentable at all times is a must and some interaction with the public is very likely.
This is a small team where th eFOH and kitchen team wrk closely together.
Kitchen hours are daily from 9am until 4pm. With a full kitchen team we are able to offer regular weekends off (approx. every 3rd weekend off).
Breaks are paid for and food is provided.
Pay: £13.52 per hour
