We urgently need two qualified English as a Foreign Language teachers for our Summer School which we hold at Thornton College near Milton Keynes.
You can be residential with accommodation and meals provided or if you live in the local area you can come in each day, it is up to you.
We will pay £22 per teaching hour plus free accommodation and meals.
We need you to start as soon on Sunday 12th July to Friday 17th July (possibility of one more week.) and teach each weekday morning from approx. 8.45 through to around 12.30 (days differ but it is all in the mornings.) If you stay for two weeks, at the weekends you are free to go home or stay in the college and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Thornton College lies in its own lovely grounds with lots of space. If you drive, there is free parking on-site. Ideally you should have your own car for transport as there is no public transport bus route to get to the college from Milton Keynes. On your first day and last, we are happy to reimburse a taxi for that as well as your return train fare.
You will need to hold a recognised qualification in teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) or Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) and should have in-class teaching experience to young people.
