Are you an experienced warehouse professional who takes pride in working safely, accurately and as part of a team?
Arcese UK is looking for a Warehouse Operator with a valid forklift qualification to support the safe and efficient movement of goods through our warehouse operation.
You'll use forklift and other authorised material-handling equipment to load, unload, move and store goods, while also supporting picking, packing, stock control and dispatch activities.

What You'll Be Doing
This is a practical, hands-on role where you'll help ensure goods are handled safely, stock records remain accurate and customer requirements are completed to a high standard.
Operating Safely and Efficiently
· Safely operating forklift trucks and other authorised material-handling equipment
· Loading and unloading vehicles in line with safe working practices and operational requirements
· Moving, locating and storing goods correctly within the warehouse
· Completing daily equipment checks and reporting defects promptly
Maintaining Stock Accuracy
· Picking, packing and preparing goods accurately for loading and dispatch
· Completing stock checks, operational documentation and system transactions
· Checking goods for damage and reporting discrepancies or operational issues
Supporting a Strong Warehouse Team
· Keeping warehouse locations clean, safe and well organised
· Working closely with colleagues to meet operational and customer-service priorities
· Reporting accidents, incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions promptly
· Supporting continuous improvement and adapting to changing business demands
What We're Looking For
You'll be dependable, organised and safety-focused, with the confidence to work independently and the teamwork needed to keep a busy warehouse running smoothly.
Essential Experience
✔ A valid UK Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence or recognised equivalent qualification
✔ Previous experience working within a warehouse or logistics environment
✔ The ability to operate material-handling equipment safely and responsibly
✔ Good knowledge of warehouse processes and stock-control practices
✔ Strong attention to detail, accuracy and safe manual-handling practices
✔ Good communication, teamwork and workload-planning skills
We'd Love to See
· Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
· Previous experience within a freight, transport or logistics operation.
· A good understanding of warehouse health and safety requirements.
· A proactive approach and an interest in improving safety, quality and efficiency.
