House of Hearing are part of a family of clinics that have been providing expert audiology and clinical ear care for many years. We are excited to be recruiting for a Front of House Administrator to join our team.
As a premier provider in our field our patients demand and deserve the highest level of service when making or attending their appointments and the right candidate will be required to ensure that our high standards are consistently delivered.
Primarily based at our Perth clinic the successful candidate will join our front of house team working Thursday and Friday, with possible additional holiday cover.
Day to day duties will include meeting and greeting patients, carrying out administration tasks, answering electronic and telephone enquires as well as managing the diaries of a busy team of clinicians.
Key Skills and Qualities:
- Previous customer service experience with a strong client focus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to multitask and prioritize.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
