Edincare Pumps has over 30 years of experience in the design, manufacture, installation and maintenance of pumped drainage systems across the UK. Due to continued growth, we're looking for an organised and proactive Scheduling Co-ordinator to join our Service Department.

The Role
As our Scheduling Co-ordinator, you'll be responsible for planning and coordinating the daily workloads of our nationwide team of wastewater engineers.
Working closely with our Service Manager and Service Coordinators, you'll ensure engineers are deployed efficiently, customers are kept informed and workloads are planned to maximise productivity and customer satisfaction.
This is a key position within the business where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule the daily workload of up to 20 field-based engineers.
- Produce efficient routes to maximise engineer productivity.
- Respond to changing priorities and emergency call-outs.
- Liaise with customers regarding appointments, delays and updates.
- Support engineers throughout the working day.
- Arrange accommodation and parking where required.
- Ensure engineers have the correct equipment and PPE before attending site.
- Work alongside Service Coordinators to balance customer demand.
- Assist with fleet management, including servicing and repairs.
- Monitor subcontractor performance.
- Help maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Support compliance with Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental procedures.
What We're Looking ForEssential
- Previous experience in scheduling, planning, logistics or service coordination.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong geographical knowledge, particularly London and the South East.
- Ability to prioritise and multitask under pressure.
- Excellent telephone and written communication skills.
- Strong IT skills and confidence using scheduling software.
- Positive, professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- A team player who enjoys working with engineers and office staff alike.
Desirable
- Experience within a field service, facilities management, engineering or drainage environment.
- Route planning experience.
- Knowledge of fleet coordination.
- Experience working against KPIs and service level agreements.
