About Us
Den 42 is a fast-paced interactive sports and games bar offering great food, drinks, live sport, interactive darts, shuffleboards, quiz nights, bingo events, and a high-energy customer experience. We’re looking for confident, reliable, and outgoing bar staff who can work well under pressure while delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Serving alcoholic and soft drinks efficiently and responsibly
- Preparing cocktails, draught beers, and bar beverages to company standards
- Delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Operating tills and handling payments accurately
- Assisting with food running and general floor service when required
- Setting up and maintaining interactive darts and shuffleboard areas
- Keeping the bar clean, stocked, and organised throughout service
- Supporting quiz nights, sports events, private bookings, and busy weekends
- Following licensing, health & safety, and company procedures
- Working as part of a team during high-volume service periods
Requirements
- Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred but not essential
- Confident communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and late nights
- Positive attitude with good teamwork skills
- Ability to stay calm and organised in a busy environment
- Cocktail knowledge is a bonus but training can be provided
- Must be 18+ due to licensing regulations

Experience
- Bartending/Hospitality: 1 year preferred
Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
