Minors & Brady are seeking a driven lettings expert to join our fast growing lettings and property management team. In 6 months, this team has doubled in size and now looks after over 1,000 landlord’s properties per month, ensuring we help them smoothly maximise their portfolio.
The ideal candidate will be an industry professional, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and motivation to develop within a growing team, under our Head of Lettings, Luke Savins.
Our sales operation is Norfolk’s market leading brand, and our focus now is to drive our lettings division to the same high standards. We are able to grow lettings by helping landlords with their figures, by giving them superb advice, and by helping them with a simple, process driven property management offering.
Your role will be to:
-Book valuations and book qualified viewings
-Compile data and value properties to let accurately
-Handle complex queries and set office standards
-Give landlords thorough professional advice on compliance required
-Negotiate offers and help tie deals
-Close opportunities and negotiate fair fees that match our excellent service
-Drive business with our Head of Lettings, to grow the department and increase profitability.
The role is based mainly from our Oulton Broad office, with free parking on site.
Business mileage is paid for, full UK driving license is essential.
