Richard Lawson Autoecosse - Perthshire invite applications for the post of Car Sales Administrator - applicants will be responsible for bringing vehicles into stock on the company's dealer management system , Checking that V5 documents have been received etc, checking order forms for sold units, preparing sales invoices and related documents and issue agreed warranty documents and then updating the dealer management system . Some customer follow up would also be required .
Flexible working hours to suit and this can be a full or a part time role - preferably Monday to Friday
Experience of Car Sales processes and dealer management systems in a Motor Dealership would be welcomed - but training would also be provided
Applicants should live locally in the Perthshire and Angus areas and have been resident in the UK for several years - a driving licence and own transport essential. Strictly no emploment agencies to make contact.
