Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee operations at our Rotherham location. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily site activities, ensuring safety standards, and leading a team of technicians and workers. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations, ensuring all activities are completed efficiently and safely.
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance, mechanical, and electrical tasks on-site.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and personnel to meet deadlines.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise team members, fostering a positive working environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections.
- Interpret schematics and programme logic controllers (PLCs) to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Oversee the implementation of project plans, including electrical and mechanical systems.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, incidents, and maintenance records.
Qualifications
- Proven management or supervisory experience within an industrial or construction environment
- Demonstrable leadership qualities with excellent organisational skills.
- Experience supervising teams in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, for clear communication across teams.
- Experience in basic reporting such as site diaries site inspections
- Competent in identifying, addressing and resolving H&S issues as they occur.

Pay: £190.00-£200.00 per day
