We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Senior Carer to join our friendly and supportive team within our Nursing Home.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Care Assistant who is looking to take the next step in their career, or for an existing Senior Carer seeking a new challenge in a supportive clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting the care team on the floor to ensure high standards of care are maintained.
- Administering and managing medications safely and effectively.
- Delivering staff training, including Manual Handling and Fire Safety Training (full training and support will be provided).
- Supporting new staff members and promoting best practice within the team.
- Ensuring care plans and documentation are completed accurately.
- Working closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to provide person-centred care.
- Acting as a role model and providing leadership during shifts.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working within a care or nursing home setting.
- Medication administration experience (or willingness to undertake training).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.

Pay: £14.05-£14.42 per hour
