Due to ongoing expansion Currie Solutions are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Team in Dumfries. The successful candidate will liaise with all departments, sub-contractors and customers in order to ensure smooth transition of data and information between them all.
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage data flows between departments, sub-contractors and customers.
- Compile and complete relevant reports
- Ensure the all relevant information is relayed to the relevant departments/ customers/staff.
- Respond accordingly to incidents and changes throughout the shift - i.e. refused pallets, delayed deliveries etc.
- Respond to phone calls, emails etc in a friendly, professional and timely manner
- Job input and data entry updates to the relevant systems
- To ensure that our Traffic Management System contains both accurate pricing and accurate costs.
