Quantity Surveyor – Luxury Country Houses

We are a growing consultancy delivering high-end country house refurbishments, alterations, and new builds across the South of England.
We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor (QS background essential) to take ownership of the commercial side of luxury residential projects and help bring structure as the business scales.
You’ll work closely with an Operations Manager who will control systems and information flow, while you focus on cost control, procurement, contractor management, and project delivery. The founder is stepping away from day-to-day delivery, giving you real responsibility and ownership.
What you’ll do
- Support in the delivery of some of high-end residential projects
What we’re looking for
- Strong Quantity Surveying background
- Experience in high-end / residential construction preferred
- Commercially sharp, organised, and self-sufficient
- Someone who wants ownership, not just a role

Pay: Up to £50,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Salisbury (Wiltshire)
