Role Overview:We are looking for a proactive and organised Events Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our events space and e-commerce operations. This is a hands-on role requiring excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining event spaces and catering areas, supporting event logistics and registration, and assisting with online sales fulfilment and stock management.
Key Responsibilities
Event & Venue Support:
- Manage and maintain breakout areas during events.
- Ensure catering, drinks stations, and kitchen areas are clean, stocked, and presented to a high standard.
- Coordinate catering arrangements and liaise with suppliers where required.
- Support event setup, registration, and guest management.
- Carry out general cleaning and tidying duties throughout events and daily operations.
- Assist with room resets and preparation for upcoming events.
- Hospitality lead for all delegate interaction/experience.
E-commerce & Operations:
- Process e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective packaging and shipping of products.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, including replenishment and inventory checks.
- Maintain organised storage and stock areas.
- Support operational administration related to online sales and fulfilment.
Skills & Experience
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Practical, hands-on approach with attention to cleanliness and presentation.
- Experience in events, hospitality, operations, or e-commerce is desirable.
- Comfortable with basic computer systems and order processing platforms.

Job Title: Events Assistant
Hours/Location: Full-time, 40 hours per week/In-person
Salary: £27,000.00 per annum
Pay: £27,000.00 per year
