Key Responsibilities:
Hotel Operations Management: Oversee daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, guest services, and coordination between departments to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support hotel employees. Provide guidance, encourage accountability, and help create a positive and productive workplace.
Guest Experience Management: Monitor guest satisfaction, handle service concerns professionally, and implement improvements to maintain high service standards.
Operational Improvement: Review processes, identify opportunities for increased efficiency, and support the implementation of operational best practices.
Staff Development: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development to build a strong hospitality team.
Financial and Resource Management: Support budget control, cost management, supplier coordination, and effective use of hotel resources.
Compliance and Standards: Ensure hotel operations follow health, safety, company procedures, and hospitality industry requirements.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: Proven experience in hotel management, hotel operations, hospitality leadership, or a similar management role.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage teams, communicate clearly, and create a positive working environment.
Guest Service Focus: A passion for delivering excellent customer experiences with a professional and solutions-focused approach.
Operational Knowledge: Understanding of hotel departments, property management systems (PMS), service standards, and daily hotel procedures.
Organisation: Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems quickly, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with employees, guests, suppliers, and management.
Mindset: You are proactive, dependable, and motivated by improving operations while creating outstanding experiences for guests and colleagues.
Pay: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
