Crossgate Care Home is looking for a reliable and compassionate Night Nurse to join our team and provide high-quality care and support to our residents throughout the night.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- A qualified and registered nurse (NMC)
- Caring, professional and dependable
- Confident working independently during night shifts
- Experienced in a care home or similar setting
- A good communicator and team player
- Committed to providing excellent standards of resident care

Night shifts
The Role
As a Night Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Providing safe, person-centred nursing care to residents overnight
- Administering medication and completing relevant documentation
- Monitoring residents’ health and wellbeing
- Responding appropriately to any medical or care needs during the night
- Supporting care staff and working closely with the wider team
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Ensuring residents are comfortable, safe and treated with dignity and respect
