About Us
Philby’s is a growing property maintenance and construction company working with estate agents and property managers across London. We carry out a wide range of works from reactive maintenance to larger refurbishment projects.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable, skilled multi-trade engineer to join our team.
The Role
This is a hands-on, mobile role covering London, carrying out a variety of day-to-day maintenance and repair works.
You’ll be attending jobs across multiple properties, solving problems on the spot and representing the Philby’s brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Locksmith works (locks, cylinders, multipoint mechanisms)
- Glazing repairs (glass replacement, window adjustments)
- Window and door repairs (hinges, handles, alignment issues)
- General handyman works
- Fault finding and carrying out repairs on first visit where possible
- Communicating clearly with tenants and agents on site
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in locksmithing / glazing / window & door repairs
- Strong all-round handyman / multi-trade skillset
- Ability to work independently and problem solve
- Good communication and customer-facing skills
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Full UK driving licence
What You’ll Get
