We are looking for 2 self-employed Inventory clerks to cover the Manchester, Birmingham, Salford and surrounding areas on an Ad Hoc basis.
The clerks will be required to collect and return keys to offices and inspect properties contents and conditions.
Hours of work will between Monday to Saturday 9am-6pm.
They will be required to cover up to 4 jobs per day in the busy periods.
Clerks will be paid per job based on experience, with a minimum of £20 per job.

WE REQUIRE AT LEAST ONE YEAR EXPERIENCE MINIMUM
Minimum requirements for the role:
Must speak clear fluent English
Must be articulate
Must be punctual
Must be professional and smartly dressed at all times
Must be willing to travel, sometimes up to an hour to reach offices/properties
Must have a good eye for detail
Must have a PC or Laptop
Must have basic knowledge of Word and Dropbox
Must have a smart phone with internet access
Must be able to dictate using a Dictaphone (We will supply the dictaphone)
Must have a digital camera (minimum 10 Megapixels).. or Smart phone
In addition, if you drive it would be an advantage, but not necessary.
