Stop chasing clients. Start building a career.
If you’re currently:
- Struggling with inconsistent bookings or empty gaps in your diary
- Tired of being paid per treatment with no stability
- Feeling like your role is just “massage” with no real progression
- Wanting to develop clinically but don’t have the right support around you
…this role was built to fix that.
About the Role
We are a growing, established clinic with a strong existing client base, looking for a myofascial therapist to join our team in a secure, employed position.
This is not a rent-a-room or self-employed role.
You’ll step into a system where:
- Your diary is consistently filled and supported
- You are part of a team, not working in isolation
- You are expected to think clinically, not just follow routines
What You’ll Get
- £27,000 salary (no reliance on “good weeks” to earn)
- A busy, consistent client list — no need to build from scratch
- Ongoing mentorship and clinical development
- A clear pathway to progress your role and skillset
- A team environment that pushes you to grow, not stay comfortable
- Structured shifts for predictable work-life balance
The Kind of Therapist We’re Looking For
You don’t have to know everything — but you do need the right mindset.
- You want to move beyond “just massage” into more meaningful client outcomes
- You’re open to feedback, coaching, and continuously improving your approach
- You’re not looking for a role where you can switch off and just deliver treatments all day
- You take pride in getting results and building trust with clients
- You’re comfortable being part of a team that has standards and expectations
- You want to be busy, accountable, and progressing — not coasting
Working Hours
- Early shifts: 5:30am – 1:00pm
- Late shifts: 1:00pm – 8:30pm
Requirements
- Qualification in Sports Massage, Myofascial Therapy, or similar (required)
- Strong interest in hands-on therapy and client outcomes
Why This Role Is Different
Most therapists stay stuck in roles where:
- Income is unpredictable
- Growth is limited
- Support is minimal
This role suits someone who wants structure, development, and to be part of something bigger than just a treatment room.
Apply now if you’re ready to be challenged, supported, and consistently busy.
Pay: £27,000.00 per year
