Cafe Celine is looking for friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Floor Staff to join our team. If you enjoy working with people and providing excellent customer service in a busy café environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Take food and drink orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly.
- Operate the till and handle cash/card payments.
- Clear, clean, and reset tables.
- Keep the dining area clean, tidy, and well-presented.
- Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, including coffee and tea.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Replenish stock and ensure displays are well maintained.
- Follow food hygiene, health, and safety procedures.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays when required.
- Punctual, reliable, and well presented.
