We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Mobile Response Manager to take overall responsibility for the coordination and management of our Mobile Response Unit.
This is a leadership role focused on people management, operational planning, client relations and compliance. The successful candidate will ensure the Mobile Response Team operates efficiently, professionally and in line with company standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, guidance and supervision to the Mobile Response Team
- Plan, manage and maintain effective rotas and mobile schedules to ensure full-service coverage
- Oversee daily mobile operations and ensure service continuity across all sites
- Conduct staff appraisals, performance reviews and KPI monitoring
- Deliver training, coaching and ongoing support to team members
- Act as the main point of contact for client communication, enquiries and service issues
- Handle complaints and incidents professionally and implement corrective actions
- Carry out regular site visits to maintain service standards and client relationships
- Prepare and maintain Assignment Instructions and Health & Safety Risk Assessments
- Support the mobilisation and setup of new sites and contracts
- Analyse operational reports and data to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards and legal requirements
- Oversee the management of mobile vehicles, equipment and key holding systems
- Produce operational and performance reports for senior management
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in mobile response or mobile patrol security operations
- Experience in a supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and make independent decisions
- Full UK driving licence (minimum 2 years)
- Valid SIA licence (DS)
- Ability to provide 5 years checkable employment history (BS7858 vetting)
- Experience in new site mobilisation and contract setup
- Experience in audits, compliance and quality assurance
