We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced PSV Electrician to join our engineering team at our Crawley depot. Working Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:30, you will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing and repairing electrical systems across our bus fleet to keep vehicles safe, compliant and operational.
Key duties:
- Carry out electrical diagnostics, repairs and maintenance on PSV vehicles
- Inspect and test vehicle electrical systems and components
- Diagnose faults using specialist diagnostic equipment
- Complete all work safely and in line with company standards
- Maintain accurate and up to date maintenance records
You will need:
- Previous experience as a PSV or HGV Electrician or equivalent
- Full UK manual driving licence - PCV desirable or willingness to work towards one
- NVQ Level 3 PSV or HGV electrical qualification or equivalent
- Experience with large passenger or commercial vehicles
- Knowledge of PSV electrical systems and CAN bus systems preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work independently and take ownership of your work
Pay: £25.57 per hour
