Responsibilities
- Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
- Make personalized recommendations for nail treatments and products to enhance client satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace adhering to health and safety standards at all times
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored beauty solutions
- Build strong relationships through friendly engagement and attentive customer service

- Assist in retail sales by promoting nail care products that complement the services offered
Experience
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a professional salon or spa environment or hold relevant qualifications NVQ LEVEL 2 MINIMUM
- Skilled in makeup application is a plus, demonstrating versatility in beauty services
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with diverse clients
- Excellent customer service abilities to create positive experiences and foster loyalty
- Knowledge of health regulations related to nail care and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
