Job Title: Production Operative (days)
Salary: Starting at £13.24 p/h.
Hours: 4 shifts per week; Sunday, Monday, Thursday, & Friday, 06:00 to 18:00 hours.

Position Overview
As a Packing Operative, you will be instrumental in transferring our freshly bottles milk from the production line, onto tets ready for delivery to our vast number of customers.
Following Procedures for every task is critically important to keep consistency through the teams, and ensure the internal standards are met for the product before reaching our customers.
The ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic attitude, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to motivate themselves and the team around them.
We are looking for an all-rounder who can turn their hand to it all, however very much open to someone who can do some of the requirements with a willingness to learn and develop themselves.
Key Responsibilities:
- Embracing and maintaining the health and safety culture
- Communicating through the department, to ensure efficient production runs and safe working
- Working with and supporting Filler Operators and Production Shift Manager
- Adhere to HACCP regulations
- Follow food safety guidelines and procedures throughout the production process
- Pack items following specific instructions to ensure safe delivery
- Inspect items to guarantee they meet quality standards before packing
- Maintain a clean and organised packing area
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a packing environment is desirable but not compulsory.
- A keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended period and lift products
