Help people find their voice, build confidence, and connect through the power of music.
Do you have a passion for music and want to make a real difference? Join our Music Group as a volunteer and help create engaging sessions that inspire creativity, self-expression, and connection. You'll support people on their recovery journey through music, while gaining experience in group facilitation and programme development.
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do

Help develop and shape our music programme.

Promote sessions and encourage participation.

Support the planning and delivery of music activities.

Co-facilitate groups, discussions, and creative exercises.

Provide one-to-one support where needed.

Welcome and support clients during sessions.

Assist with trips to music and community events.

Help build confidence, reduce isolation, and encourage recovery through music.
What We're Looking For

An interest in music, singing, instruments, songwriting, or music production.

Great communication and people skills.

A positive, encouraging, and non-judgemental attitude.

Confidence, reliability, and enthusiasm to support others
This is an exciting opportunity which will allow you to gain experience of volunteering within the substance misuse field. You will be part of a supportive team and will receive comprehensive training and guidance to develop within the role.
