2AA Rosette restaurant so experience of that or 4/5* is required.
Looking to push forward this year and take food & service to the next level. To do this, we need a motivated, experienced, hands on FOH team member.
Wine knowledge preferred but training can be given. Willingness & interest to learn is more important.
Attention to detail and appreciation of maintaining high standards is essential.
Small team. Main working hours Wed - Sunday 5pm - 22:30 (or later as required). Weekend lunches once or twice a month.
Experience of FOH service, stock management, bar work required.
Live in available but prefer candidates who live locally and can travel or just stay a few nights while on shifts. Could do breakfast shifts too.
