Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Waiter/Waitress to support the management team in the day-to-day operation of the venue. As a Searcys Waiter/Waitress, you will take ownership of your section, delivering attentive, seamless service while anticipating and exceeding guest expectations. With a passion for hospitality, you will ensure exceptional food and beverage experiences that reflect the high standards synonymous with the Searcys brand.
Contract: Full Time & Part Time
Salary: £17.50 inclusive of Tronc
Opening times: 10:00 - 20:00
Open 7 days a week
Start date : 14th September
Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional service to our guests

To successfully participate in the delivery of all food and beverage services

Take part in the setup of restaurant and events
-
Nurture and develop new commis waiters
-
Adhere to all company policies and departmental procedures/trainings

Liaise with key people in all necessary areas of the business to ensure the provision of food and service is consistent and in line with menu/standards set by the managers

Deal effectively and courteously with guest requests, and to refer them to the line manager, if necessary
