Caxton Facades is looking for a Site manager to join our expanding team on a sub-contract basis for a project in Birmingham.
Purpose of the Role
As a Site Manager you will have responsibility for safety, quality and programme delivery in line with company procedures to client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- To manage the contract works on site in accordance with company procedures and systems, and to monitor the construction process throughout the project.
- Understand all company electronic management systems and software required to undertake the role.
- Review the construction programme and prepare short term programmes to support delivery of construction targets and deadlines.
- Fully understand site logistic arrangements and ensure compliant delivery of each element. Monitor the implementation of deliveries and the booking in systems and ensure that all associated checks and documentation are completed in accordance with Caxton procedures and the Main Contractor's procedures.
The role will require:
A valid SMSTS qualification and CSCS card.
