We’re on the hunt for an energetic and dynamic Sales & Social Media Coordinator to join our team. In this hybrid role, you’ll bridge the gap between our high-end architectural glazing projects, sales, and digital presence. You will manage incoming sales inquiries, qualify leads, and showcase our stunning architectural installations to architects, contractors, and homeowners through engaging social media content.
While an interest in design, architecture, or construction is a major plus, direct experience in the architectural glazing industry is not essential. We are looking for a quick learner with a passion for high-quality products and a talent for building professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & HubSpot Management (60%)
Manage and optimise the company HubSpot platform to oversee the end-to-end sales journey, ensuring all leads are nurtured and accurately tracked:
- Sales Inbox & Pipeline Management: Act as the primary owner of the shared sales inbox within HubSpot. Convert incoming emails into Deals or Contacts, ensuring all vital project data is captured in custom fields:
- Project Requirements & Specifications: Log dimensions, specific RAL colours, and upload relevant architectural drawings directly to the Deal record.
- Pipeline Stage Tracking: Update the Deal stage to reflect project status and utilise Property fields to track anticipated timelines for glazing installation.
- Lead Nurturing & Qualification: Monitor engagement from marketing assets (e.g., brochure downloads) and "Request Info" forms. Use HubSpot’s Activity Feed to identify warm leads, then initiate personalised outreach to determine if the inquiry is speculative or a qualified project.
- Quote Follow-Up Automation: Execute a systematic follow-up cadence post-quote delivery.
- Utilise HubSpot Tasks to manage:
- Next-Day/48-Hour Touchpoints: Conduct follow-up calls to verify quote receipt and address immediate technical or commercial queries.
- Data Integrity: Update the Deal record with critical intelligence, including decision-making timelines, stage progression, and any additional project constraints identified during the conversation.
- WhatsApp Marketing & Pipeline Development: Devise and manage new WhatsApp communication channels directly through HubSpot:
- Integrated Messaging: Utilise HubSpot’s Conversations Inbox to manage 1:1 and template-based WhatsApp messaging, ensuring all chats are automatically synced to the relevant Contact timeline.
- Workflow Automation: Develop automated WhatsApp pipelines (e.g., automated welcome messages for new leads or "project update" notifications) to engage prospects at key stages of the sales journey.
- Performance Tracking: Use HubSpot’s reporting tools to track engagement and conversion metrics from WhatsApp interactions to continually refine our messaging strategy.
- Sales Team Collaboration: Coordinate 2nd and 3rd follow-up calls in alignment with the wider sales team. Use HubSpot Notes, @mentions, and Deal Ownership to ensure seamless hand-offs, keeping all communication history centralized for a single source of truth.
Social Media Management (40%)
- Content Creation: Capture photos and videos of completed glazing installations on-site. Create polished, aesthetic content (Reels, LinkedIn posts, project spotlights) that highlights our craftsmanship.
- Brand Voice: Manage our social media calendar across platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Tiktok) to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments, and network with architects and interior design influencers to build brand authority.
- Analytics: Track engagement metrics and adjust social strategies to better reach our target audience of professionals and high-end residential clients.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a sales support, administrative, or social media coordinator role is preferred. Experience within the architecture, construction, or building materials sectors is not required; we value transferable skills and a willingness to learn our products.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you must be comfortable speaking with architects and high-net-worth clients.
- Technical Literacy: Familiarity or willingness to learn CRM software (specifically HubSpot) and social media management tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express).
- Organisation: Proven ability to balance administrative sales tasks with creative content deadlines.
