Bookkeeper | Accountancy Practice | Wellingborough
A quality independent accountancy firm in Northamptonshire are keenly seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their large existing bookkeeping team.

The Role
You'll be responsible for managing bookkeeping for a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate financial records and supporting them with their day-to-day accounting requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining bookkeeping records for a diverse client portfolio.
- Preparing and submitting VAT returns.
- Bank reconciliations and control account reconciliations.
- Processing sales and purchase ledgers.
- Assisting with management accounts where required.
- Liaising directly with clients to resolve queries and provide ongoing support.
- Working with cloud-based accounting software including Xero, QuickBooks and Sage.

The firm is well-established with a sizeable headcount across two offices. They have experienced a great deal of organic growth across all service lines recently, which has led to a bookkeeping role coming available.
