Key Responsibilities
Schools Work
You will work closely with local schools to deliver fun, engaging and high-quality physical education and sports sessions. This may include:
- Delivering PE lessons within primary schools
- Building positive relationships with school staff, teachers and office teams
- Leading your own co-curricular and extra-curricular clubs across a variety of sports
- Supporting school events, sports days, tournaments and enrichment activities
- Shadowing and learning from experienced coaches where required
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive and active environment for all children
Football Coaching
You will also play an important role within our football pathway, supporting players across school, community and club settings. This may include:
- Delivering football and multi-sport sessions to children and young people
- Coaching Elite football training sessions for boys and girls aged 7 to 17
- Supporting player development, confidence and enjoyment across all ability levels
- Representing the company and club in a professional and positive way
Holiday Camps
During school holidays, you will help deliver our popular sports camps, creating a fun, safe and energetic environment for children to enjoy a wide range of activities.
This may include:
- Leading sports activities and games
- Supporting camp organisation and behaviour management
- Creating an enjoyable and inclusive experience for every child
- Working as part of a wider coaching team during busy camp periods
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about sport, coaching and child development
- Confident delivering sessions to children of different ages and abilities
- Reliable, organised and professional
- Able to build strong relationships with children, parents, schools and colleagues
- Positive, energetic and willing to learn
- Comfortable taking responsibility and leading sessions independently
- Interested in developing within a growing sports coaching company
Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
