Job Overview

Duties
- Develop detailed 2D schematics and 3D models using CAD software such as AutoCAD, , SketchUp, NavisWorks, and SolidWorks
- Prepare construction documents, plans, and layouts that adhere to industry standards and project specifications
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with safety regulations
- Assist in creating visual presentations and renderings for client proposals and project approvals
- Maintain organized digital files of all drawings, models, and revisions for easy access and version control
- Support on-site construction teams by providing detailed CAD drawings to facilitate smooth project execution
Experience
- Proven experience with CAD software including AutoCAD, , SketchUp, NavisWorks, or SolidWorks
- Strong understanding of construction processes and building systems
- Demonstrated ability to produce detailed schematics and technical drawings for architectural or engineering projects
- Prior experience working on construction or infrastructure projects is highly desirable
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in technical documentation
- Ability to interpret complex design concepts into clear visual representations
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to CAD drafting and construction documentation
