- Action Tracking: Monitor close-out dates for corrective actions raised during internal audits and risk assessments.
- Reporting: Compile weekly or monthly safety performance data and statistics for leadership reviews.
Incident & Hazard Administration
- Log Incidents: Act as the first point of contact for logging site accidents, near-misses, and hazard observations.

- Waste & Carbon Tracking: Gather and log utility bills, waste transfer notes, and fuel cards to support environmental impact reporting.

- Communication: Confident written and verbal communication skills for interacting with all levels of staff.

About you:
- Someone naturally curious about how things work and why rules exist, not just that they do.
- Comfortable asking questions, and comfortable having the courage to speak up if you see something unsafe, even if it feels uncomfortable. That's not a nice-to-have in SHEQ, it's the actual job.
- Good attention to detail. This role involves real paperwork, and it has to be right, not just done.
- Happy being out on real construction and engineering sites, in all weathers, not stuck behind a desk.

- Clear internal progression pathways into roles upon completion.
