We are proud of our customer service at Collect Service Go. We are a growing business located in Welwyn Garden City, we need a reliable and experienced person to join our team and grow with us!
Successful candidates will be expected to: - Be confident and experienced in diagnosing faults on vehicles, both electrical and mechanical faults, servicing, repairing different types of vehicles and be confident in undertaking jobs, such are clutches, timing belts and head gaskets.
Have excellent customer relationship skills, answer the phones and help customers if needed, and general tidying of the workshop and office. All candidates must have a full U.K. driving license, clean if possible.
Working hours will be 8.30am- 5.30pm Monday - Friday.
Saturday- 9.00am-2.00pm (x1 per month)
Over-time may be available, depending on the workload at the time. Use of workshop is also permitted outside working hours for your own jobs if you choose. All employees will be entitled to the business holiday allowance and 1 hours’ lunch break throughout the working day. Punctuality, reliability, customer service, and pride in their work is a must have.
Qualifications are needed to apply for this role and applicants must have at least 5 years experience, Please be confident that you can undertake the tasks stated above before applying.
