Role: Student Opportunities Student Staff
Hours: Zero-hours contract
Salary: £13.45 per hour plus holiday pay
Contract: Fixed Term until Summer 2027

As part of the Welcome Desk team, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience for everyone visiting Bristol SU. You'll provide information and guidance to students, staff and visitors, while supporting the Student Opportunities Team in helping more than 340 student groups thrive. You will also assist with the administration and delivery of Bristol SU's core services and annual schemes.
- You’ll have experience in providing high quality customer service
- You’ll be able to organise your time and plan effectively
- You know how to use a range of digital tools to support your work
- You’re a skilled communicator, whether written or in person

We are a Living Wage accredited organisation. We offer the flexibility for work-study balance. What’s more, you will get 20 days of paid annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, pro-rata depending on your hours worked. You are eligible to opt-in to our contributory pension scheme.
