About the role:
We are seeking an experienced ERP Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of supply chain, Warehouse and manufacturing processes and extensive experience of implementing ERP solutions or a Super user in the manufacturing, distribution, or retail industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to inventory, suppliers, logistics, and production processes to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Process Optimization: Recommend improvements to supply chain processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Implement strategies for improving lead times, stock turnover, and supply chain responsiveness.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on supply chain performance, including KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and inventory turnover.
- Technology Implementation: Utilize supply chain management software and systems (ERP, WMS) to track, manage, and optimize supply chain operations.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, finance, production) to ensure alignment and effective communication across the supply chain.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve issues within the supply chain, including delays, quality problems, or miscommunication with vendors
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
- Knowledge of supply chain management systems (ERP, SAP, WMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with different teams.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Understanding of logistics, inventory management, and procurement processes.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position, with occasional travel to supplier locations or manufacturing plants.
