We are looking for a Business Analyst who can work closely with clients, internal teams, and technology specialists to identify business needs and turn them into practical solutions. You will analyse workflows, document requirements, evaluate processes, and help deliver improvements that create measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis: Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
Process Improvement: Review existing workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
Requirements Management: Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, process documentation, and user stories for technical teams.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with clients, project teams, developers, and business users to clarify requirements and maintain alignment throughout projects.
Data Analysis: Review operational information and performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Project Support: Contribute to planning, testing, implementation, and post-project reviews to help ensure solutions meet agreed business requirements.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, systems analysis, or a related business technology role.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to investigate problems, identify root causes, and develop practical recommendations.
Communication: Confident communicating requirements and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Documentation: Experience creating process maps, business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, or similar documentation.
Tools: Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365, business analysis platforms, and project collaboration tools.
Mindset: You are organised, commercially aware, detail oriented, and able to balance thorough analysis with practical delivery.
Pay: £3,142.00-£4,500.00 per month
