Essential Requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willing to working towards it)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a children’s residential setting
- Excellent knowledge of Ofsted regulations and children’s home standards
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available for this role)
