Direct Care & Support
- Deliver compassionate personal care, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene management.
- Support service users in developing daily life skills and achieving personal growth goals
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care to maximize overall quality of life
- Prepare nutritious meals collaboratively with service users, providing physical and social support
- Promote community integration, social inclusion, and active participation in recreational activities
- Escort individuals to medical appointments, dental visits, and shopping trips
- Administer and oversee prescribed medication safely in strict accordance with care plans
Collaboration & Communication
- Build strong partnerships with families, social clubs, voluntary organisations, and employers
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding service users, colleagues, and company information
- Report to the Registered Manager and adapt flexibly to changing operational needs
Administration & Compliance
- Record detailed daily progress logs and activity summaries for each service user
- Monitor health, behaviour, and well-being, reporting critical changes to management
- Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe, hazard-free environment
- Uphold and implement all company policies, procedures, and non-smoking regulations
- Manage and audit accurate financial records for individual and household spending
- Maintain precise vehicle logs and operational documentation
- Participate in performance appraisals, team meetings, and continuous professional training
- Implement specialized interventions, including Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans
- Contribute directly to the development, review, and updating of care plans
Domestic & Hospitality
- Manage household operations, including deep cleaning, laundry, and grocery shopping
- Care for textiles and clothing by laundering, ironing, repairing, and organizing garments
- Audit clothing and household inventories, reporting replacement needs to management
Pay: £12.77 per hour
