Summary
We are seeking a Curriculum Leader to run our Under 2's unit and join our team at Mia Rose Nurseries, located in Mitcheldean. In this pivotal role, you will shape and lead our curriculum, ensuring that each child experiences a rich and engaging learning journey that aligns with our values.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative curriculum plans that foster children's growth and development.
- Lead and mentor nursery staff in delivering high-quality educational experiences.
- Collaborate with parents to enhance children's learning at home.
- Monitor and assess children's progress to tailor educational approaches.
- Organize training sessions for staff on best practices in early childhood education.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and educational standards.
- Create engaging presentations for staff meetings and parent workshops.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Leadership in the absents of our Nursery Manager
Qualifications
- Must have at least a Level 3 in Early Years.
- Early Years Degree or QTS / EYT an advantage.
- Proven experience in early childhood education or a related field.
- Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas and training materials.
- Excellent teaching abilities with a passion for child development.
- Outstanding communication skills for collaboration with staff and parents.
- Familiarity with educational software
